Bhanu Choudhrie is the founder and chief executive officer of C&C Alpha Group. He is also the founder and president of the Alpha Aviation Academy. Bhanu Choudhrie is extremely educated and attended two of the best schools in the United States. He attended the University of Boston and Harvard Business School. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in international business and marketing from the University of Boston and he completed a certification management program at Harvard Business School. After Bhanu Choudhrie completed his college education he then took an internship at JP Morgan. This internship also help him to develop into the executive leader that he became. After the internship he relocated him and his family to London and this is when he founded the C&C Alpha Group back in 2001.

Bhanu Choudhrie has always had a passion for aviation even growing up as a child. Once he became very successful with his investment firm C&C Alpha Group he was able to fund and found the Aviation Alpha Academy. There has been a growth in Asian travel in recent years but there has been a shortage of pilots. So as of recent Mr. Choudhrie has been advocating for more women to attend the Aviation Alpha Academy and become pilots. This will supply the women with excellent jobs and excellent benefits but at the same time fill the growing needs pilots in the Asian market.

Mr. Choudhrie did the research and gathered the statistics on how many women pilots there were enrolled at his aviation school and how many women pilots their were on a globally level. He saw that these numbers were very low. Out of 550 students that graduated from his aviation school one out of five of them were women and on a global level there were only 3% of women pilots in the world. So having more women pilots would fill the need for more pilots in the Asian market but at the same time it will be a start to equalizing the playing field for women pilots on a global level.
