The organization is dedicated to building community, saving justice and helping students get the opportunities that they need. The family works together on the foundation and they have done what they can to promote an atmosphere of community and to create a giving culture among the people who they work with. Her answer was that she works alongside an incredible team at her job that not only helps her come up with ideas but also implement them into action. Kokkinides says she has a great chemistry with the executive team at InnovaCare Health that allows her to be the best she can be at her job. The teamwork and chemistry is also crucial to bringing ideas to fruition. Kokkinidies suggests that you try and brainstorm and bounce ideas of one another at work. It can be an excellent way to bring forth new ideas and find ways to actually implement them.

The next question that Penelope Kokkinides was asked was what is a trend that has her excited. Penelope Kokkinidies responded by saying the fact that people are now more interconnected than ever before thank to the internet and other technology is truly exciting and fascinating. Kokkinides says that she has to travel frequently as an executive. New communication technology such as video conferencing and screen sharing has made her job that much easier, simpler, less time consuming as well as less stressful.

Penelope Kokkinides then went on to say that technology has revolutionized the way business is conducted nowadays. Communication has changed drastically as a result of tech developments as well. These changes require getting used to she says but they come with their own perks and benefits. One of the perks that Kokkinides now enjoys thanks to developments in communication is much less travel and more free time.

Next, Penelope Kokkinides was asked what is a habit that she has that makes her more effective at her job. Mrs. Kokkinides responded by saying that she thinks and plans ahead for the next day before going to sleep the day before. She thinks and plans about tasks that need to be completed, meetings she must attend, calls she needs to make and any other things that need to be addressed at work.
